Service Warranty Policy

Shellac polish and color with warranty: Includes a 10-day warranty from the date of service.

Nail extensions: Covered by a 14-day warranty.

Regular polish: Not covered under any warranty.

Please note:

Our warranty is valid only under normal, everyday conditions—this includes routine hand use for typical daily activities.

The warranty does not apply to:

Damage from heavy manual labor, high-impact sports, or activities that place excessive stress on the nails.

Issues resulting from improper care, negligence, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
